March is National Social Worker’s Month. This year our nation will commemorate the 60th anniversary of National Social Work Month. The theme this year is “Social Work Paves the Way for Change” Social workers also make a difference in the day-to-day lives of millions of Americans by helping to build, support and empower positive family and community relationships.
SHARE YOU APPRECIATION FOR SOCIAL WORK SUPPORT TO OUR LIBERTY HOME CARE AND HOSPICE SOCIAL WORKERS.
Liberty Home Care and Hospice celebrate the wonderful social workers we employ who assist patients, families and the community at time of illness and end of life care. For our patients they pave the way for closure and life review, for families they pave the way for moments that matter and closure and for our community our social workers pave the way for learning teens and college interns to continue to provide careers of excellence in carrying on the care of social work.
